Coffee price forecast tomorrow 7/3/2025 slightly decrease and sideways.

With the ups and downs yesterday and today, the coffee market has been unpredictable. According to forecasts, coffee prices tomorrow may decrease slightly, move sideways and stay at a high level.

According to experts, coffee prices have increased sharply in recent times thanks to many supporting factors. First of all, coffee inventories on ICE exchanges have decreased sharply, with Arabica inventories hitting a 9-month low, while Robusta inventories have also continuously decreased. This has increased concerns about supply.

In addition, the supply situation from two major producing countries, Brazil and Vietnam, also affected prices. Brazilian farmers limited sales due to the depreciation of the Real, while in Vietnam, coffee is entering the final stages of the harvest, slowing down supply.

The market was also supported by buying from investment funds, as many investors believe that coffee prices can continue to remain high in the coming time. In particular, dry weather in Brazil is raising concerns about the upcoming crop, adding to the upward pressure on prices.

However, many farmers, despite high coffee prices and the efficiency of coffee cultivation, have brought high income to their families, but now increasing input costs have significantly reduced their actual profits. In addition, climate change and high production costs make it difficult to expand cultivated areas, limiting the ability to increase supply in the future.
