On the afternoon of November 30, Global Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (GP.INVEST) held the Launching and Handover Ceremony of commercial townhouses in the Southwest Urban Area project of Viet Tri City - Palm Manor (Minh Nong Ward) with the theme "Coming to the most livable project in Viet Tri City". The event marked an important step forward, affirming the quality and value that Palm Manor brings to residents and the real estate market in the area.

Up to now, GP.INVEST has completed the procedures for granting Land Use Rights Certificates in the first batch and is implementing the procedures for the next 143 lots. This is a testament to the investor's commitment to completing the project on schedule and ensuring legal rights for customers.
