For many years, Dragon Hill International Tourist Area has accompanied two major festivals of Do Son, the Buffalo Fighting Festival and the Dragon Boat Racing Festival. These are all long-standing traditional festivals, demonstrating the martial spirit of the people of Do Son coastal area, with the aspiration to conquer nature, master the sea, pray for "good weather, national peace and people's security", bountiful harvests, and a prosperous and happy life for the people. The festival is closely associated with the development throughout the history of the land and people of the Port City, becoming a precious cultural heritage, a unique and attractive tourism product of the whole country in general, of Do Son, Hai Phong in particular, and has been honored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a "National Intangible Cultural Heritage".
In 2022, Dragon Hill International Tourist Area also marked a historical milestone when it broke the Guinness World Record with nearly 1,700 cars arranged in the shape of a map of Vietnam, making visitors more proud of the people and national culture when setting foot in Do Son. In 2023, the Vietnam Sea and Island Folk Culture Festival was held for the first time in Hai Phong city and Dragon Hill was honored to be chosen as the venue for the event. This is a national event with profound cultural values, aiming to introduce, honor and promote the value of coastal folk cultural heritages to people and tourists at home and abroad, contributing to stimulating tourism demand after the Covid-19 pandemic, improving the cultural and spiritual life of the people, especially fishermen and specialized forces on duty in the seas and islands of the Fatherland.

In 2024, Dragon Hill International Tourist Area is honored to accompany the Red Flamboyant Festival - a typical traditional festival, an event of great political and cultural significance, the pride of the people of the Port City.

The Legend Park complex is considered the first park in Vietnam to take folk culture as the theme throughout, 20 thrilling games in the park complex are all built and inspired by the heroic battle between Son Tinh - Thuy Tinh, thereby recalling the long-standing cultural traditions of the nation, helping future generations to always remember their roots and also appreciate the achievements in the present.
