Implementing Resolution No. 57, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has thoroughly grasped economic development based on science and technology, taking innovation as the core driving force, digital transformation as a key tool, combining green transformation and high-tech industry to achieve double-digit growth and sustainable development.
Dong Nai province sets a goal of developing a sustainable digital technology industry by 2030 with the core being the Long Thanh Concentrated Information Technology Park, forming the province's digital technology industry ecosystem with strategic technologies.
Next, by 2045, it aims to become a digital technology industry center and develop into a digital hub of Vietnam and Southeast Asia, with the core being the Long Thanh Concentrated Information Technology Park.

The scale of the digital economy will reach 35%-37% of GRDP by 2030, 50% of GRDP by 2045, of which the digital economy of industries and fields will account for 70%. The rate of online public service usage by people and businesses will reach over 80%.
To realize the above goals, Dong Nai province identified the need to emphasize bringing technology into economic and social life and innovation, combining high-tech industry, green transformation, human resource training and resource mobilization.
Dong Nai sets out a roadmap for the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, with the following stages: 2025-2026 to create acceleration; 2027 to 2030 to grow and improve endogenous capacity; 2030 to 2040 to expand and develop; 2041-2045 vision onwards, Dong Nai is expected to become the digital and green center of Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

According to comrade Huynh Thanh Dat, Dong Nai is one of the localities with many favorable conditions for developing science and technology, innovation, digital transformation with many industrial parks, prestigious universities and research institutes.
The province needs to take advantage of its advantages and drastically implement breakthrough solutions to develop science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution No. 57.
