On the morning of May 30, the Provincial Party Executive Committee held an expanded conference to announce the Central Party Secretariat's Decision on personnel work.
Attending and chairing the conference were comrades: Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; heads of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level; Secretaries of district, city and provincial Party Committees; Chairmen of district and city People's Committees; members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
At the conference, Comrade To Van Tu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. Accordingly: On May 15, 2024, the Central Party Secretariat issued Decision No. 1246 on the appointment to join the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2020-2025. Pursuant to the Party Charter, the Working Regulations of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat, the Regulations on decentralization of personnel management, considering the proposal of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Central Organization Committee, the Secretariat decided to appoint Comrade Pham Thi Phuong Hanh, Director of the Department of Health, to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2020-2025.
Presenting the Decision and flowers to congratulate comrade Pham Thi Phuong Hanh on being trusted, recommended, and assigned a new task by the Provincial Party Committee and the Central Party Secretariat, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed: This is the joy and excitement of the Provincial Party Committee and the provincial Health sector; it is the joy, honor, and also a great responsibility of comrade Pham Thi Phuong Hanh before the Provincial Party Committee and the provincial Health Sector.
Emphasizing the role of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary said: The 22nd Congress of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025, decided on the number of Provincial Party Executive Committee members including 49 comrades.
The Congress elected the Provincial Party Executive Committee consisting of 48 comrades (one vacancy was the Director of the Department of Health). Up to now, the Provincial Party Executive Committee with the Director of the Department of Health has been completed, ensuring compliance with the Congress's personnel plan.
The consolidation and addition of members to the Provincial Party Executive Committee will add strength to the Provincial Party Executive Committee to continue to unite, unify, lead and direct the comprehensive implementation of the tasks of Party building, political system building, socio-economic development, ensuring political security and social order of the province.
In the coming time, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan requested that Comrade Pham Thi Phuong Hanh continue to promote her capacity and experience; actively study and practice, constantly improve her political capacity, maintain the moral qualities of a cadre and party member, be exemplary in work and in life, and together with the Provincial Party Executive Committee promote the tradition of solidarity, unity, leadership and direction to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, especially the targets and tasks in the health sector.
In addition, it is necessary to continue promoting solidarity, unity, improving the capacity and professional qualifications of the staff of civil servants and public employees in the Health Sector; actively and proactively doing better in disease prevention and control; serving well the people's needs for medical examination and treatment; paying attention to and taking care of building the organizational apparatus, improving the capacity and medical ethics of the staff of the Health Sector; leading and directing the Health Sector of the province to successfully and excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing more positively to the work of caring for, protecting and improving people's health.
On this occasion, the Provincial Party Secretary also requested the members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, leaders of the Department of Health, leaders of departments, branches, districts and cities to pay attention, help, coordinate and create conditions for comrade Pham Thi Phuong Hanh to continue to strive, promote, complete well and excellently the assigned tasks.
