NDO - On March 11, the market was flooded with red, causing the general index to drop more than 10 points right from the opening. At the end of the session, demand suddenly increased, in which groups of stocks such as banking, securities, real estate, steel and large codes such as: MWG, PLX, GVR, VNM changed color to green, helping VN-Index recover, increasing 2.26 points to 1,332.54 points.
On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session decreased compared to the previous session, reaching more than 18,989.82 billion VND.
Foreign investors net sold approximately 217 billion VND on the HoSE. On the buying side, VHM shares were bought the most with a value of more than 98 billion VND, followed by EIB (83 billion VND), CTG (57 billion VND)... On the contrary, MSN was sold the most (86 billion VND), followed by FPT (78 billion VND), DGC (67 billion VND)...
Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 12 stocks increasing, 8 stocks remaining unchanged and 10 stocks decreasing.
Of which, VPB increased by 1.55% to VND 19,700/share, MWG increased by 1.29%, MBB increased by 1.22%.
Codes: CTG, GVR, HDB, HPG, PLX, SSI, TCB, TPB, VHM, VNM increased slightly.
Eight codes stopped at reference: ACB, BCM, BID, MSN, SSB, VCB, VIC, VJC.
On the other hand, BVH decreased 2.31% to VND54,900/share, FPT decreased 1.29%.
The remaining codes: GAS, LPB, SAB, SHB, STB, VIB, VRE decreased slightly.
In terms of industry groups, many steel stocks increased sharply at the end of the session and closed in the green. Besides HPG mentioned above, HMC increased by 4% to VND13,000/share, SMC increased by 3.27%, NKG increased by 1.9%, HSG increased by 1.87%, DTL and VCA stopped at the reference price. On the contrary, TLH decreased by 1.64%.
The securities group also received positive demand and closed up 0.64%. Besides SSI mentioned above, APG increased by 5.04% to VND10,150/share, BSI increased by 2.14%, FTS and VND both increased by 1.77%, DSE increased by 1.42%, AGR increased by 1.36%, CTS increased by 1.28%, HCM, TCI, TVS, VCI, VDS, VIX increased slightly. On the contrary, ORS decreased by 1.42%, TVB decreased slightly.
Banking stocks improved at the end of the session with an increase of 0.27%. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: EIB increased by 1.19%, NAB increased by 1.74%, MSB, OCB decreased slightly.
Similarly, the real estate group closed up 0.39%. Of which, the codes with good growth were: HTN hit the ceiling price of VND11,150/share, TIX increased by 5.05% to VND38,450/share, DXG increased by 1.83%, DXS increased by 2.32%, NVL increased by 1.44%, TDC increased by 1.53%...
In addition, stock industry groups such as: transportation, production materials, distribution and retail of durable goods, consumer goods and decoration, raw materials, and health care increased slightly.
On the other hand, insurance stocks decreased by 1.59%, telecommunications decreased by 1.85%, software decreased by 1.31%, energy decreased by 1.15%, utilities, food, beverages and tobacco decreased slightly.
* The Vietnamese stock market index reversed and recovered at the end of the session today, VNXALL-Index closed up 4.68 points (+0.21%), to 2,210.01 points. Liquidity in the whole market, with trading volume reaching 895.17 billion units, equivalent to trading value reaching 21,562.27 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 186 stocks increasing in price, 92 stocks remaining unchanged and 190 stocks decreasing in price.
* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 240.58 points, up 1.07 points (+0.45%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 55.42 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND 1,088,267 billion. The entire floor had 66 stocks increasing, 70 stocks remaining unchanged and 95 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed up 1.94 points (+0.39%) to 503.98 points. Trading volume reached about 37.11 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND825.577 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 12 stocks increasing, 7 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 99.40 points, up 0.23 points (+0.24%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 47.53 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 634,722 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 151 stocks increasing, 99 stocks remaining unchanged and 134 stocks decreasing.
* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 2.26 points (+0.17%) to 1,332.54 points. Liquidity reached over 932.82 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND21,354.02 billion. The entire floor had 231 stocks increasing, 66 stocks remaining unchanged and 247 stocks decreasing.
The VN30 Index increased by 2.50 points (+0.18%) to 1,393.57 points. Liquidity reached more than 304.59 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND10,131.60 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 12 stocks increasing, 8 stocks remaining unchanged and 10 stocks decreasing.
The five stocks with the highest trading volume were VIX (over 45.99 million units), VPB (over 37.54 million units), VND (over 31.16 million units), MBB (over 26.51 million units), SSI (over 26.42 million units).
The five stocks with the highest price increase were CVT (6.99%), YBM (6.95%), CTI (6.94%), PTC (6.82%), NHH (6.82%).
