NDO - On the afternoon of December 21, the inspection delegation under Decision 1352-QDNS/TW dated July 9, 2024 of the Politburo led by Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Council of Theory, had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.
At the working session, the representative of the inspection delegation reported the results of the inspection of the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party to the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.
Accordingly, in recent times, the implementation, dissemination and organization of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress of Ninh Binh has received attention from the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, with focused leadership and direction in many creative and effective ways.
In addition, the inspection team also pointed out the advantages, limitations, shortcomings and causes in the leadership, direction and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party for the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, helping the province to remove difficulties, obstacles, overcome shortcomings and limitations to perform better in the coming time. At the same time, the delegates clarified a number of contents to complete the report, focusing on: digital transformation, handling complaints and denunciations, auctioning land use rights values, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation and coordination work of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and units in the past time and the results that Ninh Binh province has achieved in implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
In particular, the implementation practice in Ninh Binh has shown many new contents and approaches, especially in building heritage cities. On that basis, it contributes experience to the implementation and preparation of documents for the 14th National Party Congress, as well as the implementation and implementation of the province's political tasks in 2025 and the coming period.
Next year is the year of organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang suggested that Ninh Binh province should focus on directing and leading from the grassroots to actively contribute to the congress, especially in preparing documents, personnel and conditions; in which, focusing on doing well the ideological work, promoting the role of the leader to successfully organize the congress.
In addition, the province needs to effectively implement Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee on streamlining and perfecting the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; maintain Party discipline, build a truly clean and strong Party, consolidate and enhance people's trust in the Party and the State; direct Party committees and organizations at all levels to closely follow the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, implement with focus and key points and ensure feasibility, in accordance with functions, tasks and powers.
Regarding economic development, Ninh Binh's choice of direction is in accordance with the Party's principles, which are rapid, sustainable, harmonious development, based on heritage. In particular, Ninh Binh is one of the first localities in the country to rely on heritage for development, so the province needs to continue to promote the role of the subjects, especially enterprises and people, to effectively implement this creative approach; at the same time, continue to attach importance to innovation, creativity, and create breakthroughs in performing tasks; promote potentials and advantages, overcome difficulties, and strive to successfully achieve the goals set by the province.

Receiving the opinions of the inspection team, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary Doan Minh Huan affirmed that in the coming time, the province will seriously implement and issue a Plan to implement the Conclusion of the Politburo to continue promoting the results achieved in implementing the Resolution and Conclusion of the Central Committee, replicating creative and good models; at the same time, promptly overcoming the shortcomings and limitations pointed out. From there, creating a basic foundation to realize the aspiration by 2035 to become a centrally-governed city with the characteristics of a millennium heritage urban area and a creative city.
