The Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc organized a voluntary blood donation festival

On June 27, the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises organized a voluntary blood donation festival with the message "Sharing love - Giving life".

This is one of the practical activities of the Youth Union of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises to respond to the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

The blood donation session attracted nearly 500 volunteers, including union members and youth from 72 departments, agencies, unions and enterprises in the province. Thanks to good preparation, the steps of health check-up, testing and blood collection were all carried out correctly and quickly.

As a result, Viet Duc Friendship Hospital received 570 units of blood. Thus, including the number of blood units donated during the "Red Sunday" held in January 2023, up to this point, the forces of the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises have donated a total of 620 units of blood, reaching 138% of the assigned plan.

This precious blood source is promptly added to the blood reserves of medical units to serve the emergency and treatment needs of patients.

Over the years, "voluntary blood donation" has always been one of the outstanding activities, actively implemented by the Youth Union of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises.

Voluntary blood donation has become a beautiful feature, an annual activity of the Youth Union of the Bloc, thereby expressing the affection, sharing and responsibility of the Youth Union members in the Bloc towards the community.
