In addition to requesting the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district to report specifically on the contents related to the issues reflected by citizens, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation organized a field survey to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of citizens and opinions of provincial professional sectors.
On that basis, make recommendations to relevant parties, especially to the Provincial People's Committee to make appropriate decisions, before implementing steps to enforce construction protection according to Official Dispatch No. 5111 dated July 9, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Now the area belongs to the mining planning according to Decision 72 dated January 17, 2024 of the Prime Minister on the planning of Quang Nam province for the period 2021 - 2030. At the same time, it was affirmed that the land use mainly for livestock purposes of Mr. Son's household is not in accordance with the planning.

With the issues discussed by the professional sector, Mr. Son's family supports creating conditions for the construction unit to demolish the last 7 mine doors located in the area where the family is raising livestock to complete the project by the end of this year.
After the collapse of these 7 mines, if Mr. Son's household wishes to continue renting land for livestock farming and forest planting, they should submit an application and the local government should provide full support so that his household can continue production and economic development if they are deemed to meet the conditions...
