"The Referee Board has received a report on the incident in the match between Hanoi Police and SLNA. Obviously, the linesman made a wrong offside call, affecting the match," Head of the VFF Referee Board Dang Thanh Ha told VnExpress at noon on May 27.

In the second minute of injury time in the first half, when leading 1-0, SLNA quickly counterattacked in a "two against one" situation.
