The representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to transfer Ms. Dang Thi Bao Trinh - a delegate of the 15th National Assembly, to stop participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and to stop holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union for the 2022-2027 term, and to appoint her to participate in the Party Delegation of the Provincial Women's Union for the 2021-2026 term from December 2, 2024.

Ms. Dang Thi Bao Trinh was introduced to the Executive Committee of the Provincial Women's Union to elect her to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union for the 2021-2026 term.
