Developing young party members – Party building strategy in the digital age

This is an opportunity for cadres, union members and young party members in the province to exchange and share their enthusiasm, express their aspirations to contribute and their determination to accompany the Party in the cause of building and developing their homeland and country.

Speaking at the forum, Mr. Cao Tien Dung - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the pioneering spirit, courage and desire for innovation of the team of party members, union members and young entrepreneurs, and affirmed that this is the core force contributing to realizing the breakthrough goals in the province's development strategy in the coming period.

Mr. Cao Tien Dung emphasized that developing young party members from the youth union is a strategic task, directly contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization in the context of strong international integration and digital transformation. This viewpoint is clearly affirmed in the Resolution of the 7th Central Committee, Session X and Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Party on developing intellectuals, scientists - technologists and young human resources in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country.

In 2024, the Party development work among youth in Dong Nai achieved many outstanding results: the whole province introduced 5,330 outstanding union members to the Party Committee for consideration and admitted 1,800 new party members. Notably, there were 728 union members from residential areas, 245 students, 294 from the armed forces and hundreds of union members from administrative agencies, state-owned and non-state enterprises. The rate of new party members introduced by the Youth Union reached 70% of the total number of new party members in the whole province, reflecting the persistent and methodical efforts in the work of discovering, nurturing and introducing high-quality successor cadres.

This is also a testament to the effectiveness of programs such as “Youth Union members strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam” and the serious implementation of Directive 11-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. The majority of young party members after admission have strong political will, good moral qualities, a high sense of responsibility, actively study, practice and actively participate in local activities.

At the forum, Mr. Cao Tien Dung suggested that delegates focus on discussing three major groups of contents: first, recommending specific policies and guidelines to help young people have more opportunities to study, contribute and mature in the new development stage; second, identifying the responsibility of young people themselves in raising political awareness, promoting their pioneering, creative and proactive role in the digital age; third, expressing their thoughts and proposing initiatives to work with the Party and State to solve major problems in socio-economic development, towards the goal of building a strong and happy country.

"Today's forum is not only a place to meet and listen, but also an opportunity for the young generation to express their responsibility, contribute their intelligence, and join hands with the Party to realize the nation's aspirations for advancement," Mr. Dung emphasized.

Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association – Innovation for development

The forum left its mark with a series of in-depth discussions, focusing on major topics such as: promoting the role of young party members in implementing key national projects; raising political awareness among young people; promoting digital transformation through the "Digital Education for All" movement; arousing the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation in businesses; promoting youth in building advanced and exemplary new rural areas.

Notably, the Bien Hoa City Youth Union highlighted the pioneering role of young party members in propagating and mobilizing people to hand over the land for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project, contributing to ensuring the progress of the national key project. The Long Thanh District Youth Union proposed many creative solutions to improve digital capacity in the community through the "Digital Literacy for All" model. Meanwhile, the Party Committee of Changshin Vietnam Company shared effective ways to promote production initiatives and train young party members in the FDI enterprise environment.

Speaking at the forum, Mr. Nguyen Duy Khuong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of 939 Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Province Young Entrepreneurs Association - shared his strategic vision and spirit of accompanying the province. Mr. Khuong emphasized the role of the young business community in realizing the goal of double-digit economic growth in the period of 2025-2030.

According to Mr. Khuong, Dong Nai possesses many advantages such as synchronous transport infrastructure, abundant young human resources and increasingly complete business support policies. However, young businesses also face many challenges such as capital constraints, lack of technological innovation links, and great competitive pressure in the globalized environment. Faced with this reality, he proposed many practical solutions such as improving the professionalism of the Association, strengthening trade promotion, market connection, promoting digital transformation and green production. In particular, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association is committed to continuing to accompany the province's socio-economic development programs, building an entrepreneurial culture associated with community responsibility, spreading the spirit of "Enterprises for the sustainable development of Dong Nai homeland".

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee honored 25 outstanding young party members in 2025 who are shining examples of responsibility and will to excel in studying, working and working. This is the core force continuing the revolutionary tradition, contributing to spreading the image of a generation of Dong Nai youth who are dynamic, confident, brave and always firmly believe in the Party.

The 2025 “Party with Youth – Youth with the Party” Forum ended with many new expectations, not only adding motivation to Dong Nai youth, but also creating a solid foundation to build a generation of next-generation cadres with enough “heart – talent – intelligence – virtue”, ready to contribute to the sustainable development of the homeland and country.
