Take the ancient train during the Da Lat Flower Festival to see free music performances

The railway increases the number of Dalat ancient trains and organizes free music performances for tourists during the Flower Festival.
The Railway Transport Joint Stock Company said that the railway will increase the number of ancient Da Lat trains along with many attractive activities to serve tourists. Accordingly, from December 5 to December 31, 2024, Lam Dong province will organize the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival 2024 with the theme Da Lat Flowers - Symphony of Colors.

The main purpose of the festival is to affirm and honor the values of flowers and floriculture in Da Lat - Lam Dong. The festival also has many art programs and displays of traditional local products. In the atmosphere of the Festival and to celebrate the New Year 2025, the railway organizes more ancient Da Lat trains with free music programs on all trains from December 6, 2024 to January 1, 2025. Passengers on the ancient Da Lat train will enjoy cakes, artichoke tea and be served an additional snack, enjoy music performed live by professional musicians playing violin/guitar/saxophone instruments upon request. Specifically, the DL3/DL4 train pair runs daily, the DL3 train departs from Da Lat station at 9:55 am, the DL4 train departs from Trai Mat at 10:55 am. The DL11/DL12 train pair runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening; Train DL11 departs from Da Lat station at 6:15 p.m., train DL12 departs from Trai Mat at 7:15 p.m. In addition, depending on the needs of passengers, the railway will run 4 pairs of daytime trains DL1/DL2, DL5/DL6, DL7/DL8, DL9/DL10; one pair of evening trains DL13/DL14. Ticket prices range from 60,000-150,000 VND/passenger/trip. Groups buying group tickets will receive discounts depending on one-way tickets, round-trip tickets and the number of passengers in the group. For group groups, tour guides will buy tickets at a preferential price of only 1,000 VND/person (applicable to extra seat tickets).
