The President of Chosun University highly appreciated the scale and development potential of the University, and expressed his joy when Chosun University cooperated in training fields where both sides have strengths. He also affirmed that Chosun University will always pay special attention to students of Hanoi University of Business and Technology, helping them to confidently study, improve their knowledge, and firmly establish their future careers.

Prof. Dr. Cho Soon Kye also introduced some basic information about Chosun University. Accordingly, founded in 1946, located in Gwangju city in South Korea, 400km from Seoul, Chosun University is the oldest private university in Korea.
Chosun University is famous for being one of the schools with spacious and modern facilities with a large total area of up to 2 million square meters including 32 buildings. The school consists of 15 member universities, 7 academies, 5 independent departments, 10 graduate schools, 76 majors with 6 separate departments and more than 33 thousand students studying.
Chosun University is recognized by the Korean Government as one of the two best universities in technology and engineering in Korea. With its strengths in training majors: Business, Engineering, Electronics and Arts, Chosun University attracts a large number of Korean and foreign students to study. Another attraction of Chosun University is its diverse majors and generous scholarship programs.
In addition, the school has close ties with large Korean technology and engineering corporations such as Hyundai; Samsung; LG… Therefore, many students of the school after graduation are accepted to work at these corporations with high salaries.
According to the memorandum of cooperation, the two sides agreed to jointly organize conferences and scientific seminars related to the fields of Mechatronics; Electricity - Electronics; Automotive Engineering Technology; support the exchange of information, documents, services and academic programs; conduct the selection and sending of students of the above majors from Hanoi University of Business and Technology to Chosun University to study, practice and carry out other activities of mutual interest.
In addition to these main activities, the two schools also implement other cooperation programs according to needs after discussion and agreement in the spirit of mutually beneficial cooperation.
On behalf of the School Board of Directors, Vice Principal Tran Duc Minh spoke at the ceremony, deeply thanking the delegation for attending the signing ceremony of cooperation between Hanoi University of Business and Technology and Chosun University.
The Vice President highly appreciated the cooperation policy of Chosun University with the School, and hoped that the two sides would implement the training cooperation program with the model 1+3 (1 year of study in Vietnam, 3 years of study in Korea) and 2+2 (2 years of study in Vietnam, 2 years of study in Korea) according to the signed minutes; at the same time, exchange student delegations of the two schools for short-term internships and visits to each other, as well as exchange lecturers of the two sides, and coordinate scientific research.
