In the past time, 3 Ministries: Home Affairs, Health, Planning and Investment and 7 localities, including: An Giang, Binh Phuoc, Vinh Long, Long An, Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, Dak Lak have vigorously implemented key tasks on administrative procedure reform. The work of assessing the impact of administrative procedures and appraising basic administrative procedure regulations has been carried out in accordance with regulations.
In addition, ministries and localities have issued Decisions to announce administrative procedures and make them public on the National Database; merged the Public Service Portal and the Electronic One-Stop Information System into the Administrative Procedure Processing Information System, and at the same time, connected with the National Public Service Portal, the National Population Database and a number of other information systems; issued a list of file components that must be digitized according to regulations...
Notably, ministries and localities have focused on receiving and handling feedback and recommendations from individuals and organizations on mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures. In the first 9 months of 2024, ministries and localities received about 1,600 feedback and recommendations and reviewed and handled about 1,300 feedback and recommendations according to their authority, while more than 250 feedback and recommendations are being considered and handled. The rate of people and businesses satisfied with the results of handling feedback and recommendations in some localities reached 100% (Tra Vinh, Vinh Long)...

In Dak Lak, the reception and settlement of administrative procedure records have been well implemented, reducing the rate of late appointments in handling records; apologies to people and organizations when there are late appointments are strictly implemented according to regulations. The innovation of implementing the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures is being implemented by the province in a direction that is not dependent on administrative boundaries, associated with digitalization and use of digitalized records, documents, and results of handling administrative procedures to improve the quality of service for people and businesses. In the third quarter of 2024, the whole province handled 224,187 records, of which 183,477 records were handled ahead of schedule, 39,491 records were handled on schedule, and 1,219 records were overdue.
