Vietnam Television in collaboration with Quang Ninh province provides information about the ABU Robocon 2024 Final Round

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Ninh province, up to now, the organization work has been and is being implemented step by step and by August 23, all preparations will be completed for the contestants to participate on August 25.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Phu - Deputy Head of Science and Technology Department, Science and Education Department, Vietnam Television, representative of the Organizing Committee of ABU Robocon 2024 shared: VTV has been performing very well in its role as a media, bringing news and images of the competition to a wide audience across the country. Thanks to that, Robocon has become a familiar playground and is of interest to many young people. The countries participating in the ABU Robocon finals also have many people working in the media, so on this occasion, not only the image of the competition, but also the image of Vietnam in general, the image of beautiful Ha Long Bay, and Quang Ninh are also expected to be promoted very well.

This activity has created an opportunity for young people, scientists, and experts in the field of robotics to exchange and share experiences. This not only contributes to the development of the Vietnamese robotics community but also creates a large network of connections. The live broadcast of Robocon matches has helped promote the image of Vietnam to international friends, introducing the country's achievements in the field of science and technology.

This year, the ABU Robocon 2024 competition will take place from August 23 to August 27 at the Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Complex, Dai Yen Ward, Ha Long City. 13 excellent teams will compete together, creating a vibrant and professional atmosphere. Vietnam has 2 representative teams from Hung Yen University of Technical Education.
