Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung chaired the meeting. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Dao Manh Hung; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam attended at the Quang Tri bridge.
Speaking at the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: 2025 is of special importance, a year of acceleration and breakthrough to reach the target of the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2021 - 2025, and at the same time, a year of many important events of the country.

The successful implementation of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025 has many important meanings, realizing the Party's policies and guidelines, demonstrating the good nature of the regime and the good tradition of our nation "the whole leaves cover the torn leaves, the less torn leaves cover the more torn leaves", "national love, compatriotism".
This is a strong determination, great effort, drastic and creative action of the entire political system, ministries, branches and localities in mobilizing resources and implementing the program with the spirit of everyone helping, those with little help little, those with much help much, those with wealth help wealth, those with merit help merit.
After 2 months of implementation, the whole country has completed and handed over 42,179 houses and is under construction of 34,185 houses. From now until the end of the year, there are about 240,000 houses to be completed. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on implementing the peak period of 350 days and nights to successfully implement the program in 2025, ensuring progress and quality. The Prime Minister requested Vietnam Television and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to implement the program "Weekly Countdown" to announce weekly implementation data.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh acknowledged the efforts of ministries, branches and localities in actively implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide. At the same time, he requested ministries, branches and localities to proactively propose key, breakthrough and strong tasks and solutions to ensure the completion of the program in 2025 in the spirit of 5 clear principles: "Clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear time, clear results". To complete the goal, 60 houses must be completed each day.
The Prime Minister emphasized: This is an important political task, mobilizing the strength of the entire political system, the business community, and the people to carry out in the spirit of "All people, comprehensively, widely and inclusively". To complete the goal, it is necessary to promote the spirit of great national solidarity "whoever has something to help, whoever has money helps money, whoever has merit helps merit, whoever has strength helps strength".
| In Quang Tri, the need to eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing in the coming time is 8,824 households, of which 4,419 new houses will be built and 4,405 houses will be repaired. Ministries, branches, Party committees and local authorities must promote a high sense of responsibility, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in land procedures, and regularly monitor and urge localities to promote the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement to mobilize resources to implement the program.
Improve the effectiveness of coordination between agencies, promptly report to the Steering Committee for handling cases beyond authority. Promote the sense of responsibility of the heads of Party committees, agencies and units in organizing implementation. Absolutely do not miss any cases during the implementation process. Timely commend groups and individuals with good solutions and methods in implementing and completing tasks well, and at the same time discipline individuals and groups that are indifferent, apathetic and lack a sense of responsibility.
