The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued decisions on land use rights auctions and approved plans for land use rights auctions for land plots to build commercial centers, offices for lease and parking lots.
Specifically, Da Nang City auctioned the land use rights of land plot A1-14 Area C - Residential area Nam Cam Le bridge (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district).
This land has an area of over 4,200 m2, has completed site clearance and completed technical infrastructure.
The purpose of land use is to build a Trade Center and Office for lease. The total estimated investment of the project is over 269 billion VND.
The land lessee pays a one-time fee for the entire lease term. The estimated revenue from land lease is about 58 billion VND.
Da Nang City People's Committee also auctioned the land use rights of land plot A2-1 of Tho Quang Aquatic Service Industrial Park (Son Tra district).
The land area of nearly 2,200m2 has completed site clearance and completed technical infrastructure.
The purpose of land use is to build an office building for lease. The total expected investment capital of the project is more than 168 billion VND.
The land lessee pays a one-time fee for the entire lease term. The estimated revenue from land lease is about 63.5 billion VND.
The land use term for the above projects is 50 years from the date of issuance of the decision recognizing the results of the auction of land use rights.
In addition, the People's Committee of Da Nang City also auctioned the land use rights of the land plot at 51A Ly Tu Trong (Hai Chau district), with an area of 892 square meters.
The land has completed site clearance and technical infrastructure.
The purpose of the land is to build a parking lot. The project investment capital is about 56 billion VND.
The land use term is 50 years from the date of the decision to recognize the auction results of land use rights. The lessee pays annually, with an expected revenue of nearly 109 million VND/year.
