The 15th Party building conference in 2024 with the theme "Solutions to improve the quality of inspection and supervision work in the Party Committee of the Bloc of agencies, the Party Committee of the Bloc of agencies and enterprises of provinces and cities in the current period". At the conference, delegates focused on exchanging and sharing information and experiences drawn from reality in the process of directing and implementing the inspection and supervision work of the unit. Identifying inspection and supervision as a leadership function of the Party, playing a very important role in Party building work, since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term up to now, the Party Committees of the Bloc in the Northern Delta cluster have attached importance to leading and directing grassroots Party committees and affiliated Party organizations to innovate, improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of inspection and supervision work.
Delegates agreed to propose tasks and solutions to promote results and overcome shortcomings and limitations in inspection and supervision work, namely: continue to direct Party committees and subordinate Party organizations to promote propaganda work, raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members in inspection and supervision work; direct grassroots Party committees to develop annual inspection and supervision programs to ensure quality with the motto that supervision must be expanded, inspection must be focused, key, and concentrated on sensitive areas that are prone to violations.
The units focus on building a team of inspectors with good professional qualifications and the ability to meet the requirements of the task; at the same time, strengthen the training, fostering, professional guidance and direction of the Inspection Committee at higher levels for the Inspection Committee at lower levels, especially for serious, complicated cases and sensitive areas. In addition, the units direct the grassroots Party committees to seriously and effectively implement the notices of conclusions after inspections and supervisions, and include the overcoming of shortcomings and limitations after the inspection and supervision conclusions in the criteria for reviewing and classifying party organizations and party members annually...
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Lua said that in recent years, the province has achieved many important achievements in all fields, in which the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises have made many positive contributions. In addition to leading and directing grassroots Party committees to perform well their political tasks, the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee have directed the good performance of Party building, building strong agencies, enterprises and mass organizations; leading and directing grassroots Party committees to closely coordinate with the collective leadership of agencies and units to proactively and actively advise the Party Committee to issue many policies and solutions on Party building and consolidating the political system in the province.
