Nam Po improves the effectiveness and efficiency of inspection and supervision work

Right from the beginning of the year, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has seriously implemented the study, research, and dissemination of the Party's resolutions, regulations, and instructions on inspection work, and the enforcement of Party discipline for Party committees, key cadres, and inspection officers from the district to the grassroots level. At the same time, proactively develop and implement the inspection program and direct the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Party building committees, branches, and grassroots Party committees to develop an inspection program suitable to the actual situation and political tasks of each locality, agency, and unit. Direct Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Committees from the district to the grassroots level to innovate the content and methods of inspection in a comprehensive, proactive manner, closely following the practical situation and Party building work.

The inspection work carried out by Nam Po district ensures compliance with the principles, processes, procedures, authority, and methods prescribed by the Party; is public, democratic, accurate, and strict. The inspection content mainly focuses on implementing the Party's policies and guidelines, resolutions of the upper and lower levels of the Party Committee; adhering to the principle of democratic centralism; building and implementing the working regulations of the Party Committee; personnel work... with the goal of promptly detecting and preventing violations, and performing well the political tasks of the District Party Committee. In the first 9 months of the year, Nam Po District Party Committee conducted thematic supervision of 1 Party organization and 3 Party members; inspected 5 Party organizations and 16 Party members; and conducted 1 inspection by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee...

Nam Po District Party Committee directed the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission to develop, implement and urge the Party Committee and the grassroots Party Committee's Inspection Commission to develop and implement the Inspection and Supervision Program for 2023. On that basis, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission clearly identified the contents, subjects and time for implementing thematic inspections, ensuring focus and key points, in accordance with the actual situation in each locality and unit. In the first 9 months of the year, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission inspected 9 Party organizations; thematically supervised 1 Party organization and 1 Party member. The grassroots Party Committee inspected 18 Party organizations; thematically supervised 9 Party organizations and 3 Party members. The grassroots Party Committee's Inspection Commission inspected 14 Party organizations; thematically supervised 6 Party organizations and 1 Party member. With the motto of "no forbidden areas", "no exceptions", through the inspections, it is clear, objective, accurate, and strictly handles violations by party organizations and party members, helping party organizations and party members clearly recognize violations and shortcomings in order to correct and overcome them. In the past 9 months, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission has disciplined 2 party members (by warning 1 party member, expelling 1 party member). The grassroots party committee and party cell have disciplined 11 party members (by reprimanding 10 party members, warning 1 party member).

It can be seen that the effective implementation of inspection work in Nam Po district has contributed to building an increasingly clean and strong Party. In the coming time, to continue to improve the effectiveness of inspection work, Nam Po district Party Committee, Party committees, and Inspection Commissions at all levels will continue to deploy and thoroughly grasp the regulations of the Central and the province on inspection work and Party discipline enforcement. Strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of exemplary responsibilities; the principle of democratic centralism, the principle of organizing Party activities; the implementation of assigned duties and tasks, focusing on the heads of Party committees, authorities, agencies, and units; the observance of discipline, administrative discipline, and public ethics for cadres and Party members. Deploy and strictly implement the working regulations of Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels and promote the effectiveness of the coordination regulations between Inspection Commissions and relevant agencies and units. Implement inspection and supervision synchronously according to the motto "supervision must be expanded; inspection must have focus and key points"; Inspection and supervision must be conducted regularly, comprehensively, publicly, democratically, cautiously and strictly, in which prevention and construction are the main focus. Proactively inspect when there are signs of violations, focusing on areas and areas where violations are likely to arise, issues that cadres, party members and the people are concerned about...
