Dien Bien TV - On the afternoon of February 26, in Son La province, comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, Head of Inspection Team No. 1911 of the Politburo and the Secretariat chaired the Conference to announce the Decision and Inspection Plan for the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Dien Bien, Son La and Lai Chau provinces. Attending the conference were comrade Vu Manh Ha, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee; comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee.
Attending the conference on behalf of Dien Bien province were: Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Lo Van Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and other members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

At the conference, the Inspection Delegation announced the Inspection Decision of the Politburo and the Secretariat on: Grasping the situation, urging, guiding, and inspecting a number of key work topics in 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat; the plan, report outline, and expected work plan of the Inspection Delegation.
The inspection content focuses on key issues such as: The summary of Resolution No. 18 dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the streamlined political system, operating effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion No. 121 dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees; the organization of the implementation of Directive No. 35 dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118 dated January 18, 2025 adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive 35; The implementation and organization of Resolution No. 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; the implementation of Conclusion No. 123 dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more for the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of 3 provinces: Dien Bien, Son La and Lai Chau.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Party Central Committee Le Hoai Trung requested: The Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the three provinces coordinate with the Inspection Team to provide complete records, documents, and reports in accordance with the outline and time limit. In addition to the report on the leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of the Central Committee's resolutions, the provinces need to clarify the model, methods, and effectiveness in the actual implementation; clearly state the difficulties and problems that arise. Comrade Le Hoai Trung requested the members of the Inspection Team to promptly develop a specific working plan with the Party organizations and units under the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the three provinces in a serious spirit; fully perform the assigned tasks; the inspection work must be carried out in a spirit of speed, quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
After the inspection, promptly prepare a report on the results; accurately reflecting the nature of the inspection content, as a basis for the Politburo and the Secretariat to have full information, promptly lead and direct the implementation of resolutions, conclusions and directives of the Central Committee and the Government in the coming time./.
