Teacher who insulted students is being disciplined

On October 2, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh City (Ninh Binh) said that the unit is assigning the Board of Directors of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School to carry out the disciplinary review process for teacher NTV (homeroom teacher of class 4B).

Mr. Do Van Tu, Principal of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School, also said that the school is taking steps to review Ms. V. according to regulations. After that, it will report to the competent authorities for consideration and handling.

The leader of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh City added that teacher NTV will be considered for Party discipline first, then government discipline. Teacher V. also admitted to having used insulting words, inappropriate behavior, and putting pressure on students' psychology.

"Ms. V. is currently suspended from work pending disciplinary action. Our stance is to strictly punish any violation, without covering it up," said the principal of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School.

The parent who filed a complaint about Ms. V's violations confirmed to Dan Tri reporter that she had a meeting with the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh City about the content of the complaint sent to the department earlier.

At the meeting, this parent said that the audio clips clearly showed Ms. V.'s inappropriate language, which she cut from a recording device attached to her child's bag, without editing or dubbing.

According to the parent, before filing a complaint about the behavior of teacher V. (homeroom teacher of class 4B), she had discussed with the teacher about the frequent scolding of students in class. However, this teacher continued to use insulting words, behave inappropriately, and put pressure on the students, seriously affecting their psychology.

After that, the parent filed a complaint about the above behavior of teacher V. At the same time, she also "accused" that this teacher had "forced" the student to take extra classes. In addition to the complaint, the parent also sent an audio file of teacher V.'s words as evidence. She also posted the audio file on Facebook.

After the parents filed a complaint, Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School asked Ms. NTV to write a report. Afterwards, the decision was made to temporarily suspend this teacher from work to clarify the matter.
