On the afternoon of October 15, the Steering Committee for the Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Dak Lak Province held a meeting to assess the progress of the organization and careful preparation for the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Dak Lak Province in 2024. In addition, the Subcommittees continue to advise on organizing dialogues between provincial leaders and delegates attending the 4th Provincial Congress of Ethnic Minorities in 2024; approve the list of official delegates attending the Congress; the list of invited delegates; the list of the Congress Presidium and the Congress Secretary; and urgently complete the remaining contents so that the Congress takes place solemnly and meaningfully.
Steering Committee members give opinions on the preparation of the Congress
At the meeting, delegates gave their opinions on the contents related to the preparation and organization of the 4th Provincial Congress of Ethnic Minorities in 2024; introducing cuisine, culture, displaying typical agricultural products at the Congress; arranging reception for provinces/cities attending the Congress; number of delegates, time, composition of the Congress; invitations to delegates, executive script, emulation and reward work, logistics, art program, security and order assurance and other necessary conditions.
