At the working sessions, the two sides informed about the organizational model, activities, and role of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union in caring for and protecting the rights of workers; participating in state management, socio-economic management, participating in inspection, examination, and supervision of the activities of state agencies, organizations, units, and enterprises; propagating and mobilizing workers to study to improve their qualifications and professional skills, comply with the law, and build and protect the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland. During the working process, the Delegation also regularly exchanged information on the trade union activities of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union with the Korean Finance Trade Union and the Kookmin Bank Trade Union so that the parties could grasp each other's operational situation, thereby drawing on experiences in trade union activities in each country.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Mr. Tran Hong Tuan - Vice President of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, Head of the delegation, acknowledged the warm and thoughtful reception of the Korean Finance Trade Union and the units under the Korean Finance Trade Union. He hoped that in the coming time, the bilateral exchange relationship between the Vietnam Banking Trade Union and the Korean Finance Trade Union would be further consolidated and developed, and there would be more meaningful and effective delegation exchange programs.
The delegation visited and worked with National Assembly Member Park Hong Bae. Here, the delegation continued to hope that Member Park Hong Bae would continue to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for trade union activities to better care for and represent the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. They also hoped that Member Park Hong Bae and Mr. Kim Hyung Sun - Chairman of the Korean Financial Industry Trade Union would direct banks in Korea with branches in Vietnam to establish grassroots trade unions under the Vietnam Banking Trade Union to better perform their role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
