Chee Wah Toys Vietnam Co., Ltd. has thousands of employees. Participating in union activities in a large enterprise requires a lot of time and effort. However, with her dynamism and youthful enthusiasm, Ms. Ha Thi Ngan has fulfilled two roles, being both Party Cell Secretary and Vice President of the company's Union.
In the blink of an eye, Ms. Ngan has spent 17 years working for Chee Wah Vietnam Toys Co., Ltd. (Phu Nghia Industrial Park, Chuong My District, Hanoi). In 2008, she started working at the company as an administrative staff. With diligence, a will to progress and a spirit of learning, Ms. Ngan has not only been active in production but also promoted initiatives and technical improvements, contributing to improving production efficiency for the enterprise. In February 2018, Ms. Ngan's efforts were rewarded when she was honored to be admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Becoming a party member, she felt that she had to make more efforts in her work as well as in community activities. Therefore, she was elected as Party Cell Secretary and Vice President of the company's Trade Union. Promoting the exemplary role and dynamism of a young party member, Ms. Ngan has always cultivated and trained her moral qualities, constantly studied to improve her political theory, expertise, and professionalism, and boldly advised the leaders on highly effective models.
With the enthusiasm of youth, she has been very creative in party and mass organization activities. In her role as Party Cell Secretary, she has mobilized party members and the masses to comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies. Especially, the work of developing party members must be mentioned. The company's Party Cell was established in 2019, when there were only 3 party members. Up to now, after more than one term, the Party Cell has admitted 29 new party members, transferred 24 comrades to official party membership, and transferred party activities to 5 comrades. In addition, Ms. Ngan also introduced outstanding masses to participate in Party awareness classes and admitted new party members to companies in Phu Nghia Industrial Park that do not have a Party organization. With the efforts of the enthusiastic female Party Cell Secretary, in the past 5 years from 2020 to 2024, the Party Cell of Chee Wah Vietnam Toys Co., Ltd. was awarded a certificate of merit by the Party Committee of Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones for the title of Party Cell that excellently completed its tasks and a certificate of merit for its outstanding achievements in implementing Project No. 11-DA/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee.
Regarding trade union activities, demonstrating the spirit of "dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate and be creative" of party members, Ms. Ngan has proactively advised the company's Board of Directors to organize many meaningful activities. Notable among them are: Candle lighting program to pay tribute to heroic martyrs and give gifts to relatives of martyrs and those who have contributed to the revolution on War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27); visiting and giving gifts to disabled children at Huong Lan Pagoda (Dong Son Commune, Chuong My District); organizing many sports and entertainment activities for party members, union members and workers. Together with the company's Trade Union Board of Directors, she always closely follows the lives of workers, promptly detecting cases of workers facing difficulties to provide timely support and encouragement.
With her continuous efforts, over many years of work, Ms. Ngan has had many outstanding achievements in performing her duties, and has been awarded many certificates of merit by the Hanoi Labor Federation and the Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones Trade Union. From 2020 to 2024, she continuously received the title of Party member who has completed her tasks excellently.
