"When I came here, I tried bread from GrandMalu's, Sugar Town, ABC... I really like these brands because the bread there is very delicious and fresh. GrandMulu's has a very special vegetable, seaweed, with tuna bread that I find very tasty" - Ms. Luu Phuong (white shirt) expressed.

More than 100 bread stalls participated in the Festival, with prices ranging from 20,000 VND - 50,000 VND/loaf.

"I really like the diversity of banh mi, each place has different ingredients, like in Vietnam, there is a lot of pate and vegetables while in America, they like to add BBQ meat. This is the third time I have participated and every year the event attracts more tourists." Nick Shell, a tourist from America (in white shirt) expressed.

The highlight of this year's festival is the bread buffet (taking place on March 22) with bread from many countries and Vietnamese dishes.

In addition, the festival has an area displaying documents about past and present bread, introducing the history of formation and development of Vietnamese bread through the ages.

The festival also set a record of 200 bread dishes made from seafood ingredients, displayed on a boat.
