On the morning of March 10, the live audition for Perfect Gentleman 2024 took place in Hanoi, attracting the attention of the audience and the media. Hundreds of young men showed up early to register for the program.
The live audition was attended by 6 judges including Miss Huong Giang, Pharmacist Tien, DJ Matoom, Supermodel Huu Long, Designer Adrian Anh Tuan and Journalist Ngo Ba Luc. The contestants demonstrated their model-like posture and had a short interview with the judges to select the most potential and suitable faces to advance to the next round.

Notably, the audition saw the first contestant win "6 votes" from the judges in the Hanoi area. The male contestant impressed with his handsome face and masculine, elegant fashion style.
That is Nong Thanh Tung (born 2002), a Tay ethnic, originally from Tuyen Quang. Currently, he is studying at Hanoi University of Business and Technology.
In addition to studying, Thanh Tung is also passionate about art and pursuing the path of becoming a professional model. He was crowned Mister & Miss Hanoi 2023.
Sharing the reason for participating in the contest, Thanh Tung said: "I have watched the previous seasons of Perfect Gentleman and really like this program. I also especially admire Miss Huong Giang. Besides, I am a child of the mountainous countryside of Tuyen Quang, so I rarely have the opportunity to participate in such a large-scale reality show. Therefore, I decided to participate in the program to challenge myself and compete with other contestants at Perfect Gentleman 2024 ".

Participating in the audition, Thanh Tung was surprised to become the first person to achieve "6 votes" - selected by all 6 judges to move on to the next round. He shared: "Ms. Huong Giang commented that I have a beautiful face, along with a new and attractive fashion style. Therefore, I successfully received votes from the judges."
However, Thanh Tung said that at first he only received 4 votes from the judges. "After that, Thai judge Matoom asked me to take off my coat. As soon as they saw my figure, the other two judges immediately raised their votes for me to continue to the next round," he excitedly shared.
According to Thanh Tung, being selected by all 6 judges this time was a great surprise and motivation for him. The male king of Mister & Miss Hanoi 2023 said that he will try to perform well in the following rounds to get closer to the title of Perfect Gentleman 2024 Champion.
