Police use excavator to break lock to put out fire in burning house

Initial information said that the fire occurred on the afternoon of November 4, in village 8, Hoa Binh commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong. The fire broke out at a ground-level house used as a warehouse for storing sandals.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Force of Thuy Nguyen District Police dispatched four fire trucks and dozens of officers to put out the fire.

Because the house was locked, the authorities had difficulty approaching the fire. The authorities had to use an excavator to break down the door and enter to put out the fire.
