Elder A Chieu shared: Khuc Na village maintains a weekly Sunday morning meeting, where people gather at the communal house to be informed of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies. As for me, I also regularly visit each house to visit people and combine propaganda and mobilization to help people promote the spirit of solidarity, help each other in economic development and especially effectively use State investment resources, such as: the model of raising striped pigs, raising fattened cows and the model of renovating mixed gardens that the State has supported for people.

Khuc Na village has 147 households, 448 people, nearly 100% of whom are Xo Dang ethnic group - Ha Lang branch. With the support of the State and the guidance of village elder A Chieu, the villagers of Khuc Na always take care of production, boldly converting ineffective crops to rubber, coffee, and loquat. In particular, elder A Chieu always encourages villagers to help each other, not to indulge in alcohol, be lazy in work and send their children to school.

Mr. A Deu, Khuc Na village, Sa Binh commune, Sa Thay district shared: With the guidance of village elder A Chieu, the villagers of Khuc Na have overcome poverty and risen to have a stable life. In the village now, most of the houses are built, every house has coffee and rubber. Like my family, thanks to the elder's encouragement, I have planted 600 coffee trees, 700 rubber trees, now earning more than 100 million VND a year. Life is stable so I can take care of my children's education.

Thanks to the propaganda and mobilization of village elder A Chieu, households in Khuc Na village have learned to grow coffee trees and achieved high economic efficiency.

Elder A Chieu is also the nucleus of solidarity, gathering artisans in the village to participate in activities to preserve and promote the traditional cultural identity of the Xo Dang people - Ha Lang branch in community life; at the same time, presides over the organization of gong and xoang dance classes for the children in the village. Currently, Khuc Na village has established 2 gong and xoang dance teams and regularly participates in cultural events and folk art activities organized by the commune and district.
