On July 28, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang signed Decision No. 897 of the Prime Minister to discipline Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Deputy Minister of Construction.
The decision clearly states that Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Deputy Minister of Construction - was disciplined in the form of a warning due to violations at work and the Central Inspection Commission has disciplined him in terms of party discipline.
The disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1006 of the Central Inspection Commission.

Previously, at the 29th session (June 12-15), the Central Inspection Committee decided to issue a disciplinary warning to Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Construction, former member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, former Party Secretary, former Chairman of the Board of Members, former General Director of Vietnam Cement Corporation.
Previously, at the 26th session at the end of February, the Central Inspection Committee reviewed the results of the complaint settlement and found that Mr. Bui Hong Minh, in his positions, violated the principles of democratic centralism, working regulations, things that party members are not allowed to do, and the responsibility to set an example in leadership, direction, and management of production, business activities, and personnel work; there was a risk of losing investment capital.
The violations of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam Cement Corporation and Mr. Bui Hong Minh have affected the reputation of the Party organization and the Vietnam Cement industry, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.
