Mr. Tran Viet Hung - Director of Quang Nam Provincial Post Office said that, implementing Project 2114, the unit has coordinated with the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and 16 departments, branches and sectors in the province to sign a contract to guide, receive documents, digitize documents and return results of administrative procedure settlement (TTHC) transfer.
Up to now, the post office has arranged 17 employees to replace 24 officers and civil servants to receive 1,381 administrative procedures, reaching 100% of the total number of administrative procedures received at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
At the district and commune levels, postal staff at the one-stop shop guide individuals and organizations to carry out administrative procedures; perform online public services, receive documents, digitize 100% of input administrative procedures and return results at the one-stop shop and through public postal services at the request of the people.
Over the first 9 months of the year, Quang Nam Post Office received and delivered more than 130 thousand records and results of administrative procedure settlement to individuals and organizations safely, accurately, economically, bringing convenience to the people.
At the meeting, relevant departments and branches provided guidance and responded to a number of recommendations from Quang Nam Post Office regarding instructions on payment of public administrative expenses to the unit.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee Ho Quang Buu acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by Quang Nam Provincial Post Office in implementing Project 2114.
Comrade Ho Quang Buu requested relevant departments and branches to actively coordinate with Quang Nam Post Office to resolve outstanding difficulties in order to perform tasks well, serve people attentively, and contribute to building a better administrative system of the province.
