Before the Opening Ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year, authorized by the President, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen The Dung - Former Party Secretary - Former Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture for his outstanding contributions to the cause of cultural education and training.
