On the morning of September 5, Pham Van Dong High School (Mo Duc District, Quang Ngai ) opened the 2024-2025 school year. On this occasion, former students of the 1980-1983 class of the school came to present scholarships to students with excellent academic achievements, with a total amount of 100 million VND.

Representatives of Pham Van Dong High School alumni awarded scholarships to students of the school on the opening day of the 2024-2025 school year.

Accordingly, 10 students received scholarships as excellent students in the 2023-2024 school year (5 million VND/student); 6 students won provincial science and technology awards in the 2023-2024 school year (including 4 second prize winners receiving 1.5 million VND/student and 2 fourth prize winners receiving 1 million VND/student).

The former students of the 1980 - 1983 class also awarded 5 excellent students with difficult circumstances; awarded the valedictorian of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2024 - 2025 school year and the valedictorian of the 2024 high school graduation exam at the school...

This is the fifth consecutive time that former students of Pham Van Dong High School, class of 1980 - 1983, have returned to the school to present scholarships on the occasion of the opening ceremony. Previously, on the occasion of the opening ceremony of the years 2020 - 2023, scholarships worth 75 million VND/year were awarded, this school year it is 100 million VND. This is a gesture of gratitude from former students of 1980 - 1983 to their old school, and at the same time contributes to encouraging children of the homeland to strive to study well, to help future generations.

In this school year, excellent students in grade 12 at the provincial level have 29 prizes (an increase of 12 prizes compared to the previous year); grade 11 students have 25 prizes (an increase of 10 prizes); the provincial English Olympic has 4 prizes (1 first, 2 second, 1 third)... In the past school year, there were also 20 students who were able to study for Party members, 12 of whom were admitted in the first round, and 3 will be admitted in the second round.
