According to the assessment of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, after 2 years of implementing Resolution 12-NQ/TU, all levels and sectors in the province have implemented many measures and proactively overcome difficulties and challenges, promoting the province's economic development quite well. Since then, the average GRDP per capita in 2024 has reached 4,084 USD. The average income per capita in 2024 has reached 58.9 million VND. These figures reflect the province's strong recovery after the impacts of the pandemic and global economic fluctuations. The above results were achieved thanks to the local government's synchronous implementation of many solutions to support businesses, promote administrative reforms, and remove difficulties in production and business. At the same time, the province has mobilized investment resources, upgraded infrastructure, created favorable conditions to attract investment and promote socio-economic development. In addition, social security work is focused on, with many policies to support vulnerable groups, helping people have stable jobs, improve income and quality of life.

On the other hand, in order for the three economic pillars of industry, tourism and agriculture to develop steadily, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has focused on leading the implementation of specialized resolutions on the development of the three economic pillars, including industry, tourism and agriculture. These are important areas, creating momentum to promote sustainable economic growth. In industry, the province has implemented Resolution No. 09 on industrial development to 2025, with a vision to 2030. Industrial parks and industrial clusters in the province continue to attract investment, creating favorable conditions for production and business. Regarding tourism, thanks to the orientation of Resolution No. 06, the province has focused on exploiting the potential of sea tourism, developing Mui Ne National Tourist Area according to the master plan. Tourism infrastructure has been heavily invested, contributing to improving service quality and attracting domestic and international tourists. In agriculture, the province implements Resolution No. 05, developing agriculture in a modern, sustainable direction with high added value. The application of technology in agricultural production is promoted, contributing to improving productivity and product quality, creating stable income for farmers.

Continue to synchronously implement sustainable development solutions

In the coming time, Binh Thuan will continue to implement synchronous solutions to ensure the completion of the goals and tasks of Resolution 12-NQ/TU. The important goal is to improve the quality of people's lives, create favorable conditions for economic development, have jobs, stable income, and enjoy full social benefits. In addition, the province will focus on implementing the Binh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, promoting administrative reform, digital transformation and improving the efficiency of the political system. Socio-economic development solutions will continue to be implemented synchronously, ensuring sustainable development, enhancing competitiveness and effectively attracting investment.

At the same time, continue to reorganize the political system, ensuring streamlined, efficient, effective and efficient operations, along with clearly defining the functions, tasks and powers of each agency and organization. Strengthen administrative reform. Enhance professional training for officials and civil servants directly involved in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses.

Implement policies to support vocational training and job creation in line with the three national target programs; in which, focus on supporting vocational training for workers from poor households, near-poor households, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, rural workers and unemployed and underemployed workers; enhance training in digital skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship skills and foreign languages... to help workers adapt to the requirements of the labor market; promptly provide information on the labor market to support and advise on job referrals for workers as required.

With the achievements and clear orientation in the coming time, Binh Thuan is gradually affirming its position as one of the dynamic and sustainable developing provinces in the South Central Coast region.
