After 10 minutes, the ticket sales page and the official ticket sales app still showed a waiting message. At around 12:13, the ticket sales system was officially opened for fans. According to Dan Tri reporters, although they quickly clicked on the ticket purchase section, the queue in the waiting room was very large.
For example, at 12:15, when purchasing tickets, the queue number that Dan Tri reporter received was 83,649, the number of people in line ahead was 80,044.
Many viewers were surprised by the large queue in the waiting room. As of 12:30 p.m., there were about 100,000 people waiting to buy tickets for the concert on the night of July 29.

The Organizing Committee has stipulated that ticket sales for the two concerts will be separate. For the concert on July 29, the ticket sales portal will open at 12:00 on July 7. For the concert on July 30, the ticket sales portal will open at 2:00 p.m. on the same day.
According to some fans, at around 0:00 on July 7, the Ticketbox website showed signs of glitching even though it was not yet time for ticket sales. On social media, many viewers said they could not access the website at that time.

On July 6, according to Ticketbox's announcement, at exactly 12 o'clock when tickets for the Born Pink concert go on sale, audiences will enter the Queue page. The first fans to enter the queue will be taken directly to the ticket purchase page. Those who enter later will wait their turn according to their number.
After the first fans have paid for their tickets, their spot will be opened up to the next person in line. Each fan has only 5 minutes to buy tickets. If they exceed the time limit, they may lose their turn and have to queue again.
