On the afternoon of July 10, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, received citizens periodically in July. Also receiving the citizens were leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and a number of relevant departments, branches, and localities.

At the meeting, 6 citizens and groups of citizens made recommendations to the Provincial Party Secretary regarding the request for granting land use right certificates; compensation and support when the state reclaims land; and settlement of pension benefits for people with meritorious services...

Mr. Pham Van Dang and some citizens in Van To commune (Tu Ky) requested to be granted a land use right certificate.

Mr. Bui Hai An, representing 16 households in the East Ngo Quyen area (Hai Duong city), requested to issue land use right certificates to households in the East Ngo Quyen project phase 2. Regarding this content, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang assigned relevant agencies to clearly review the province's settlement authority and report a response plan to citizens before October 15, 2024.

Mr. Tang Ba Chinh in Quyet Thang Commune (Hai Duong City) requested agencies and units to speed up the progress of granting land use right certificates to households that signed land transfer contracts with Nam Quang Company. After listening to reports from departments, branches and localities on the progress of handling the case, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with relevant agencies to come up with a plan to resolve the case before September 30, 2024.

Leaders of Hai Duong City People's Committee reported and clarified some contents at the citizen reception session.

At the citizen reception, Ms. Le Thi Nhun in Hai Tan Ward (Hai Duong City) disagreed with the compensation and support plan when the state reclaimed land to implement the Ha Hai Ecological Zone Project. Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested the Hai Duong City People's Committee to disseminate and discuss so that citizens can clearly understand the provisions of the law.

Mr. Pham Van Dang in Van To commune (Tu Ky) requested to issue land use right certificates to households in Van To commune. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the People's Committee of Tu Ky district to closely coordinate with the tax sector to clarify related contents, to be completed before August 30, 2024.

Regarding the opinion of Mr. Pham Van Hien in Ba Dinh district (Hanoi) requesting to resolve the pension regime for his sister, Mrs. Pham Thi Hue in Toan Thang commune (Gia Loc) as a meritorious person, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with citizens to quickly resolve the regime in accordance with regulations.
