iHanoi application provides services and utilities to support people and businesses such as: on-site reflection; online public services; consultation and dialogue portal for businesses and business households; automatic Q&A switchboard (integrated with AI); receiving complaints and denunciations from citizens; warning and support information, surveying opinions of people and businesses... and other utilities in many fields such as health, education, transportation, environment, flood warning... contributing to improving the service index for people and businesses in the city.
According to information from the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center, as of November 21, there were about 16 million people accessing and using the iHanoi application. Currently, there are 1,446,705 people registering accounts on the iHanoi application, of which 70,573 users registered with VneID.
In the past time, the whole city received 23,910 feedbacks and recommendations from people and businesses. Of these, 19,871 feedbacks and recommendations have been processed (accounting for 83.1%); 1,501 feedbacks and recommendations have been rejected (accounting for 6.3%); 1,238 feedbacks and recommendations have been processed (accounting for 5.2%) and 1,300 recommendations are pending processing...

At the same time, it cooperates with a number of newspapers to provide information to people.
Previously, from November 11, the City integrated the VNeID electronic identification account into iHanoi - this is a step forward that brings more benefits to the people of the Capital.
In the near future, the City will bring the electronic tax application for mobile devices to iHanoi.
