Accordingly, Central Party Committee member, City Party Secretary, Head of the City National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Van Quang is the Head of the Steering Committee.
Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh is the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee. Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh and Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang are Deputy Heads of the Steering Committee. Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh is a Standing Member.
The members of the Steering Committee are: Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, Head of the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the City Party Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Council, Director of the City Police, Commander of the City Military Command, Head of the Management Board of the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks of Da Nang, Head of the Organization Department of the City Party Committee, Chief of the Office of the City Party Committee, Head of the Urban Committee of the City People's Council, Head of the Legal Committee of the City People's Council, Head of the Cultural - Social Committee of the City People's Council, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the City People's Council, Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Director of the Department of Finance, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Chief of the Office of the City People's Committee, Director of Da Nang University, Chief Justice of the City People's Court, Secretary of the Hai Chau District Party Committee, Secretary of the Son Tra District Party Committee, Deputy Director of the City Police in charge of security, Director of the Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research of Da Nang, Director of Investment Promotion and Support Department.
The functions and tasks of the Steering Committee are to assist the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in leading and directing the timely, comprehensive, complete and effective implementation of the Conclusion Notice No. 47-TB/TW dated November 15, 2024 of the Politburo, the Resolution of the Government on promulgating the Action Plan to implement the Conclusion Notice No. 47-TB/TW dated November 15, 2024 of the Politburo and the Plan of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on implementing the Conclusion Notice No. 47-TB/TW dated November 15, 2024 of the Politburo;
Focus resources on infrastructure development investment, develop a plan to mobilize resources, including resources from the State budget and social resources to develop the Da Nang City Financial Center.
Coordinate with the Inter-sectoral Steering Committee on the construction of a regional and international financial center in Vietnam, the National Assembly's Resolution Drafting Committee on the construction of a regional and international financial center in Vietnam, the Working Group on the construction of a management and operation apparatus for the financial center, and relevant ministries and branches in the construction of legal documents and the establishment of a management and operation apparatus for the financial center;
Establish and operate the management and executive apparatus; develop and implement investment plans for human resource development of the Da Nang City Financial Center;
Allocate budget and mobilize social resources to hire domestic and international consulting units and experts in the process of building and operating the Da Nang City Financial Center; Promote investment in the Da Nang City Financial Center and related contents.
The Standing Committee of the Steering Committee consists of the Head, Deputy Heads and Standing Members. The Department of Planning and Investment is the standing body of the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee assigns specific tasks to its members; directs the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee to advise on the establishment of a Steering Committee Support Team. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
