Closing of the training course on journalism for the delegation of Lao People's Army Newspaper officials

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the training course, Colonel Ngo Anh Thu emphasized that for nearly a month, the training course had been attended by leaders of departments and offices of the Vietnam People's Army Newspaper (VPA) exchanging and sharing about journalism activities and journalism profession. Many experiences in editing, publishing, building, managing websites, filming and producing television reports, audio, podcasts, experience in organizing communications, promoting, enhancing the position and brand of the Army press agency in the digital age... were discussed very enthusiastically.

Colonel Ngo Anh Thu affirmed that with the close direction of the Party Committee, the Editorial Board of the People's Army Newspaper and the coordination and support of Group 871, the General Department of Politics, relevant units and agencies of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Politics and localities, the 2023 professional training course for officers of the Lao People's Army Newspaper was a great success. That is a testament to the results of the friendly cooperation program between the General Department of Politics of the two countries' People's Army in general, and the Vietnam People's Army Newspaper and the Lao People's Army Newspaper in particular.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Khonesanvanh Xayalath, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Lao People's Army Newspaper, expressed his sincere thanks to the Party Committee, Editorial Board, commanding officers, reporters of the Vietnam People's Army Newspaper, leaders and commanders of Group 871 and relevant agencies for creating favorable conditions, caring for and helping in all aspects from food, accommodation, and teaching staff during the training course.

Lieutenant Colonel Khonesanvanh Xayalath said: "The good experiences and valuable lessons that you have shared during this training session will help us apply them to practice in propaganda work on military and defense tasks in the Lao People's Army Newspaper, contributing to the development of the Lao People's Army Newspaper."
