Previously, at around 7:00 p.m. on January 7, Jao, Ngáo, Đinh, N. (under 16 years old, residing in Krong Pa district) and some other people went to the hut area in H'Muk hamlet (Chu Ngoc commune) to play and drink.
At around 11pm the same day, after finishing drinking, Jao drove the motorbike carrying N. ahead, while Dinh and Ngao drove the motorbike behind. After driving a short distance, the three subjects restrained and took turns committing depraved acts with N.. Afterwards, when they saw the Chu Ngoc Commune Police patrolling by, the group ran away.
Urgently investigating, on January 8, Krong Pa District Police urgently arrested the three subjects. At the police station, the subjects confessed to their crimes.
Previously, on November 22, the Gia Lai Provincial People's Court tried and sentenced defendant Rah Lan De to 15 years in prison and Siu Khap (both 19 years old, residing in Plei Phung village, Ia Phang commune, Chu Puh district) to 14 years in prison for raping a person under 16 years old.
According to the indictment, at around 11:00 p.m. on December 19, 2021, after drinking alcohol, Rah Lan De invited Siu Khap, Siu Luin (22 years old, residing in Nhon Hoa town) and Siu Gon (unknown background) to flirt with girls. When they arrived at the house of NG (residing in Ia Phang commune, at this time only 14 years and 10 months old), seeing NG at home alone, the subjects had the intention of raping her.
Next, the group rushed in to control NG and took turns raping her. Siu Khap did not rape her, but instead participated in controlling her.
According to the Gia Lai Provincial People's Procuracy, the Gia Lai Provincial Police Department has separated the acts and documents related to the two subjects Luin and Gon to continue investigating and clarifying when there is enough evidence, they will continue to handle them according to the law. Because the collected documents and evidence are not enough to handle criminal responsibility for the act of rape.
