(Dan Tri) - Bao was injured in a fight and was taken to the commune health station for first aid. Due to the severity of his injuries, the authorities suggested that Bao be taken to a higher-level hospital for treatment, but he cursed and beat the police.
On January 4, Nam Giang District Police, Quang Nam Province urgently arrested Dang Thieu Bao (born in 1978, residing in Duy Chau Commune, Duy Xuyen District, Quang Nam Province) to investigate the crime of Resisting a Person on Official Duty.
Previously, at 9:40 p.m. on December 30, 2024, Dang Thieu Bao and a number of other people had a scuffle in La Dee commune, Nam Giang district, injuring Bao. Bao was then taken to La Dee commune health station for first aid.
After receiving the report, La De Commune Police sent a working group to the Health Station to verify the incident. Here, due to the seriousness of the injury, medical staff and commune police advised Bao to go to a higher-level hospital for treatment before working with the authorities.
However, Bao did not listen to advice, continuously cursed, insulted and offended the police force, causing disorder.
Despite being asked to keep order many times, Bao still did not comply and suddenly used his hand to hit a commune police officer in the face.
The commune police have drawn up a record of the incident and transferred the entire file to the Investigation Police Agency of Nam Giang District Police for handling.
