At the program, the General Department II delegation organized many meaningful activities, such as: visiting the Martyrs' Temple and burning incense for the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; providing free medical examination and medicine to 300 people from policy families, people with revolutionary contributions, and the elderly; propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, State policies and laws, the traditions of the Vietnam People's Army and policies on beliefs, religions, socio-economic development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction; providing guidance on health care methods and disease prevention...
In particular, to show gratitude, the General Department II delegation presented 300 gifts to families with meritorious services and 8 gifts to encourage poor students who overcome difficulties and study well.
