At the conference, delegates discussed and gave opinions on the issuance of the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council approving the tuition fee for Tuyen Quang High School; draft reports of the Provincial Party Committee on summarizing and summarizing the Resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee on developing tourism into an important economic sector; developing commodity agriculture in the 2016-2025 period; and developing sustainable forestry in Tuyen Quang province in the 2021-2030 period.

On the same afternoon, the Provincial Party Standing Committee gave its opinions on the Draft Resolution 29-NQ/TU on developing tourism into an important economic sector of the province. Through the assessment, it was shown that after more than 3 years of implementation, awareness and innovation in thinking about tourism development have been raised, Party committees and authorities at all levels have identified this as an important task that needs to be carried out with the highest determination and sense of responsibility; proactively and actively advising and implementing the task of tourism development. The main goals, tasks and solutions set out in the Resolution have been implemented and achieved many important results, gradually catching up with the general tourism development trend of the region and the whole country. In particular, the resolution has mobilized and received positive responses from the people and economic sectors participating in tourism activities; mechanisms and policies to support tourism development have been issued, initially supporting, encouraging and promoting organizations and individuals to continue investing in tourism development...

Based on the achieved results, delegates agreed to continue implementing solutions to exploit the province's potential and strengths to develop tourism sustainably until 2025 and the following years, gradually turning Tuyen Quang tourism into an important economic sector.

Regarding the draft report summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 16-NQ/TU on developing agricultural commodities, delegates basically agreed with the results achieved. In particular, the resolution has developed and implemented projects and plans to develop key crops and livestock with advantages of the province according to the planning area associated with production - consumption linkage; built and adjusted sectoral and sectoral plans to create land funds for agricultural commodity development; focused on the application of science and technology, production according to standards and regulations has been promoted, such as production area according to VietGAP standards, sustainable agriculture, organic agriculture, FSC. After nearly 10 years of implementation, the province's agricultural production has maintained a good growth, the value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production increased by an average of 4.6%/year, higher than the national average (over 3% nationwide). Areas specializing in key crops and livestock production continue to develop strongly, with the value of key commodities accounting for 70% of the total value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production.

Regarding the draft summary of Resolution 36-NQ/TU on sustainable forestry development in Tuyen Quang province for the period 2021 - 2030, delegates also had many comments on the results achieved after 3 years of implementation. In particular, the awareness of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, and functional branches on forest development and protection has been raised and put into practice; the province's annual forest planting is among the top provinces with the largest forest area in the country; the amount of exploited wood ranks first in the northern mountainous provinces in terms of output.

Concluding the comments on the draft resolutions, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga said that in order for the resolutions to be strongly promoted and have more suitable solutions in the coming period, the preliminary and final review needs to fully assess the impacts of the resolutions on the community, people and businesses. At the same time, it is necessary to clarify the role of the people in participating in the implementation of the resolutions. The assessment needs to approach new tasks to suit current reality; in particular, it is necessary to update more solutions associated with the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW on the need to promote the application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in all fields, especially agriculture, forestry and tourism. This is a solution that creates a strong driving force for comprehensive and sustainable development in the coming time. She also noted that the assessment of the resolution also needs to focus on the organization and management of human resource development; It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the People's Council, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations over the implementation of resolutions.
