On April 15, at ECO Tan Hung Eco-tourism Area (Ba Ria City), Nguyen An Ninh Ward (Vung Tau City) held the 6th Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028.

According to the report of the Executive Committee of the Nguyen An Ninh Ward Trade Union, term V, the total number of union members of the agency is currently 39 people.
In the 2017-2022 term, the Nguyen An Ninh Ward Trade Union has performed well its functions of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; organized many practical activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members in the ward.
Union activities during the term achieved many outstanding results. 100% of civil servants actively participated in researching and studying the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and the Labor Federation at all levels. 100% of civil servants' families achieved the title of cultural families. 100% of union members successfully completed their assigned tasks. 5 outstanding union members were considered for admission to the Party.
