Secretary of Ba Che District Party Committee Vu Thanh Long said: Up to now, Ba Che has completed the Party cell congress and is actively preparing for the grassroots congress. The district chose the model congress as the most universal unit, not just the most outstanding unit. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee requested the branch and Party Committee to continue to strengthen the leadership and direction of the organization of the congress, to implement it in accordance with the prescribed content and time, focusing on the principle of democratic centralism, promoting the role and responsibility of the Party Committee and the head of the Party Committee. At the same time, assign cadres in charge of monitoring, urging, and supporting the two model units in preparing for personnel, people as well as documents submitted to the congress, ensuring the congress takes place successfully and effectively, thereby drawing lessons for the whole district.
Following the direction and guidance of the superior Party Committee, with the spirit of solidarity, innovation, democracy and development, the grassroots Party Committees in the district have mobilized the participation of the entire political system to contribute to the drafting of a comprehensive political report, based on the advantages and potentials of the locality, thereby identifying key and core tasks in the coming term. Personnel preparation, information and propaganda work are carried out in a focused and key manner.
The Party Committee of Don Dac commune was selected by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to organize a model congress at the grassroots level to gain experience throughout the district. Determining that this is a very important political task, both an honor and a responsibility, the Party Committee of Don Dac commune has urgently prepared all conditions, focused on doing well the political and ideological work, creating the strength of the great solidarity bloc of the people towards the important political event of the Party Committee of the commune on March 19.
Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Luu Minh Thang said: To successfully organize the model Congress, the Commune Party Committee has established 4 sub-committees: Document Sub-committee, Personnel Sub-committee, Decoration Sub-committee and Congress Service Sub-committee. The Commune Party Committee has actively carried out the steps to prepare for the Congress, ensuring compliance with the Party's regulations and principles. In particular, it has focused on improving the quality of building Congress documents that are truly the crystallization of the intelligence of the entire Party Committee and of all classes of people in the commune. Along with the work of preparing documents, the work of personnel for the Congress has been carefully and thoroughly prepared by the Commune Party Committee, ensuring the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Party and Party Committees, and following the correct procedures and regulations with the motto "Doing everything with certainty". The Commune Party Committee has also focused on effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements and carrying out works to welcome Party Congresses at all levels. Up to now, there have been 4 completed works, including the Tau Tien rural traffic project; embellishing village centers; Tai Lo underground project (Na Lang village); clean water project in Khe Muoi and Lang Mo.
The Party Cell of the District Social Policy Bank was also selected to organize a model congress at the grassroots level. During the past term, the Party Cell of the District Social Policy Bank promoted the spirit of responsibility and solidarity, successfully completing the assigned tasks. Credit quality has been increasingly consolidated and improved with more than 100 savings and loan groups operating effectively, helping people access preferential loans from the State to develop production and improve their lives. Thereby actively contributing to the implementation of the goals of poverty reduction, social security, and socio-economic development in the district.
Party Cell Secretary, Director of the District Social Policy Bank Le Hong Phu said: All basic preparations for the Congress have been carefully prepared by the Party Cell, on schedule. When drafting the Congress documents, especially the draft Political Report, proposing resolutions to create momentum for breakthroughs in the next term, the Party Cell has closely followed the reality and the thoughts and aspirations of the people, focusing on building innovative solutions to increase capital growth to better serve people in meeting the demand for production loans as well as ensuring social security, contributing to the locality's continued comprehensive development. The Party Cell has established subcommittees, reviewed the achievements and results achieved in the past term and launched emulation movements to achieve results to welcome the Congress, creating an exciting atmosphere before the Congress.
With the high determination of the Don Dac Commune Party Committee, the District Social Policy Bank Party Cell, and the timely attention and guidance of the superior Party Committee, the congresses of the grassroots Party cells and committees of the Ba Che District Party Committee will be held successfully in March 2025, striving to conclude the grassroots congresses by April-May 2025.
