According to research, the person who created this unique wedding space is Mr. Nguyen Truong Ly (born in 1988, from Binh Phuoc). With all his love and dedication, he personally decorated his sister's wedding. The wedding took place in Binh Phuoc on November 9.

“Rainwater jars, rice paper drying racks, the old basket my mother used to take to the market, bamboo fences, banana trees, coconut husks, rice husks,... are indispensable images when talking about the Southern countryside and they are always engraved in my mind.

I would like to send a little bit of the closeness, simplicity, rusticity and genuineness of the Southern countryside on a special day – my sister’s wedding. I wish her a peaceful and happy life,” Mr. Ly shared.

With a special love for his homeland, Mr. Ly has long decorated his small house in the style of the Southern countryside.

When he heard that his sister was getting married, he used everything available in the house to decorate the wedding gate and the wedding space. And in every corner, he tried to "accentuate" a little more color to have a harmonious and beautiful overall look.

More than a year ago, Mr. Ly took the trouble to plant a bamboo grove, then planted 9 banana trees in front of the house gate. In early November, when his sister's wedding took place, the bamboo grove was just in time to grow tall and green, the 9 banana trees were also lush with leaves, especially, they also gave two more bunches of bananas full of fruit.

Jars containing rainwater and flowers in the home garden are used to decorate weddings.

Mr. Ly brought 50 jars of rainwater from his house and arranged them neatly in the aisle.

Some of them were used as vases to hold wild grass and birds of paradise flowers. These bright red flowers, very suitable for the wedding day, were also grown by him in his backyard.

In addition, he also ordered woven rice baskets and bamboo baskets and then arranged them on the walkways... All with the aim of recalling the characteristics of the Southern countryside. "Every corner, every detail, I thought very carefully before doing it, how to make it as realistic and natural as possible.

The most difficult part was the cypress cushion basket, the market did not sell such a large basket. I had to go back to Tien Giang and beg people to help me weave it. The result was really beautiful,” Mr. Ly shared.

50 jars of rainwater are neatly arranged in the walkway and used as vases for bird of paradise flowers and wild grass.

It was not until the wedding day that he officially completed his "brilliant work" and only then did the bride Huynh Anh (Mr. Ly's sister - PV), groom Anh Duy and their family truly understand his ideas and passion.

“My parents’ small house is already very beautiful, I just added a little more flair. A few months ago, my sister and her husband also chose the house as the place to take their wedding photos,” said Mr. Ly.

The bride, groom, both families and guests were very pleased with the wedding space prepared by Mr. Ly. Everyone felt the rusticity and closeness when attending the wedding.

Corn and rice are also used to decorate weddings. Bird of paradise flowers in full bloom add color to the wedding space.

As for Mr. Ly, the unique wedding space is both a precious wedding gift and a blessing to his beloved sister.
