On the evening of November 29, according to Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, the Criminal Police Department of the provincial police has issued a decision to temporarily detain 4 employees of Security Bodyguard Company Limited.
This group, including: Le Kien Quyet (residing in Hau Loc town, Hau Loc district), Hoang Kim Chung (residing in Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city), Nguyen Dinh Duong (residing in Sam Son city) and La Van Thuy (residing in Tho Xuan district) to investigate and clarify the act of "Disturbing public order".

Through monitoring the situation, the police force discovered on social networks a clip circulating recording a scene on Le Loi Avenue, Thanh Hoa City, of a wedding convoy being controlled by a group of people (in bodyguard-style costumes) in the middle of the road for the wedding convoy to pass.
Realizing that the incident was complicated in terms of security and order, with signs of violating the law, the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police stepped in to investigate and verify.

After that, the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with the Mobile Police Department and Thanh Hoa City Police to search the headquarters of Security Bodyguard Company Limited (Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City), and at the same time summoned related people to the police headquarters for investigation.
The case is being further investigated by the police to be strictly handled according to the provisions of the law.
As VTC News reported, on the morning of November 29, many clips were circulated on Facebook recording a group of people dressed as bodyguards in the middle of the road blocking traffic to let a wedding procession pass.
The incident attracted the attention of the online community, leaving many mixed comments, most of which were indignant at the actions of the group of people dressed as bodyguards, because according to them, this group of people were not traffic police and did not have the expertise to carry out the above actions.
Many commenters even asked, "Whose wedding is this so big?", with a whole group of "bodyguards" clearing the way. It is known that the above incident happened on Le Loi Avenue (in Thanh Hoa City), one of the most beautiful and largest streets in Thanh Hoa.
Through verification, authorities in Thanh Hoa City determined that the above incident occurred on the afternoon of November 24, and was then shared by a number of accounts on Facebook.
