On April 13 and 14, the Provincial Military Command organized a competition for excellent political instructors in the provincial armed forces in 2023.

The contest had the participation of 44 candidates who are cadres working in political education selected from the 2023 contest for excellent political teaching cadres in the grassroots military. The candidates participated in the following contents: lesson preparation; lecture practice and knowledge test.
As a result, the First Prize went to Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Son (Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command of Vung Tau City); Lieutenant Nguyen Van Hue (Deputy Political Commissar of the 37th Air Defense Artillery Company) and Ms. Doan Thi Thu Giang (Political Commissar of the Military Command of Ward 11, Vung Tau City).
