In 2023, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, with the goal of improving productivity and quality, meeting the requirements of the export market, in addition to the attention and facilitation of all levels and sectors, Thanh Hoa Export and Investment Company Limited (Khanh Nhac commune) always proactively innovates technological equipment, focuses on investing in design, combining traditional and modern elements, gradually improving quality and design, focusing on building product brands.

Mr. Pham Dang Khuyen, Director of Thanh Hoa Export and Investment Company Limited, said: Last year, the Company made efforts to overcome difficulties and ensure jobs for employees. To maintain operations, design innovation is one of the factors that determine the competitiveness of products. The most important solution is still to change the production mindset and approach the market as well as proactively search for and design new models according to the needs and tastes of consumers while still maintaining the traditional values of the product. This has helped the Company overcome difficulties, maintain its brand and develop more and more. The Company's products are present in 58 countries around the world, always trusted by customers because of their environmentally friendly products and beautiful designs.

Currently, Thanh Hoa Export and Investment Company Limited is creating regular jobs for 85 workers, with an average salary of 6 million VND/person/month. In addition, the Company also maintains cooperation with 75 seasonal product gathering points in districts inside and outside the province, creating jobs for 5,000 workers during the off-season, with an income of 3-3.5 million VND/person/month. In 2023, total revenue will reach 110 billion VND, contributing 5.7 billion VND to the state budget.

A good sign came to the Company right from the beginning of this year, the Company signed an order until June 2024. The Company has arranged labor reasonably, mobilized the maximum capacity of 2 drying ovens to serve the drying of products, ensuring enough orders on time for partners. In 2024, the Company strives to install 1 more drying oven to serve production and business.

Recently, export orders of garment companies have seriously decreased due to the crisis in the US, Europe and some traditional markets, high inflation. People in these countries have tightened their spending, leading to textile importers and distributors having to operate at a standstill, leading to a decrease in production orders for partners.

However, at Yen Thanh Garment Joint Stock Company (facility 2 in Khanh Loi commune), production activities are still maintained regularly; salaries, bonuses, benefits and allowances of employees are always fully implemented, in accordance with regulations. In addition, the Company has proactively and flexibly restructured advantageous products, thanks to which, over 500 workers and employees feel secure in working and are attached to the enterprise.

In 2023, the Company's revenue will reach 80 billion VND, the average income of employees will reach 7-9 million VND/month. In the first days of the year, more than 500 workers of the Company are working at full capacity, the sewing lines are operating continuously to ensure the timely completion of orders. With the reasonable and scientific arrangement of workers, promoting the capacity and strengths of each worker, the work progress has been smooth and fast, without having to work overtime, affecting the health of workers.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, a worker at Yen Thanh Garment Joint Stock Company, said: I have been working here for more than 3 years with a fairly stable salary. In addition, the policies and regulations ensure the rights of workers and a safe working environment. In the context of the general difficulties of the textile and garment industry, many businesses have had to cut staff and stop production, but the Company still maintains operations and receives orders right in the first days of the new year. Therefore, I always try to complete my work well with the highest productivity, contributing to ensuring the delivery schedule for the Company.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, CEO of Yen Thanh Garment Joint Stock Company, said: In the past, despite many difficulties, we have always tried and made every effort to ensure the lives and jobs of our workers. With 80% of our products exported to the Korean market, 20% exported to the US, Canada, Japan, and China, thanks to actively seeking orders as well as constantly innovating product designs according to customer trends, the Company has signed contracts until April 2024. This is a positive signal for the Company to continue to strive to sign more orders, ensuring jobs for local workers.

In the coming time, the Company will invest in renovating the headquarters, ensuring that workers have a better working environment, feel secure in their commitment, accompany the business to overcome difficulties, and increase revenue. The first orders were signed and sold smoothly, and workers worked with a high sense of responsibility, which is a favorable start for businesses.
