NDO - After a long period of land clearance problems, the Ring Road 3-Ho Chi Minh City project, the section passing through Dong Nai, has now completed the land transfer. Meanwhile, the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway has completed 90% of the land transfer. In order to basically complete the two national key projects by the end of 2025 in accordance with the Government's direction, Dong Nai province is asking investors and contractors to speed up construction to make up for the slow progress.

The Ring Road 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City, the section passing through Dong Nai province, is over 11km long, with a total investment of nearly 2,600 billion VND. Up to now, the authorities of Nhon Trach district have handed over the site in 8 phases to the investor, with an area of ​​65 hectares, reaching 100% of the total area to be handed over.

After the project site was handed over, the investor urged contractors to increase equipment, machinery, and human resources to speed up project construction to make up for the delayed progress in the past.

To meet the basic progress of completing component project 3, Ring Road 3 project - Ho Chi Minh City by the end of 2025, the Project Management Board of Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the project investor will strictly handle contractors who are slow in construction.

Recently, the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board issued a document reminding a project contractor for being slow in mobilizing additional machinery, equipment, and construction workers.

The Nhon Trach Bridge project on Ring Road 3 connecting Nhon Trach District (Dong Nai Province) and Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City) after being completed in mid-March is being accelerated for technical traffic opening on April 30 this year.

Meanwhile, the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway project, after a long period of land acquisition problems, especially the section through Bien Hoa city, has now, with the participation of the entire city's political system, day and night propaganda and mobilization, 54ha/59.5ha of land have been handed over, reaching 90% of the total recovered area.

The Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway, section through Tam Phuoc ward, Bien Hoa city, is now clear for construction.

For sections with available land, contractors are mobilizing machinery and human resources to speed up progress to compensate for the recent delays. Many sections have now been paved with hot asphalt.
